The Georgian style Hormann Up & Over door with 4-point locking system*** and ‘True Brick’ fronts, available in 5 colours, setting your garage off this great value for money range is sure to meet your needs. The building is complete with maintenance free white PVCu fascias, fixed double-glazed PVCu window, guttering, and down pipes. Each garage comes with a Span-ish Red cement fibre roof sheet with matching ridge, although other colours are available upon request. To make your access easier a white steel personnel door with 3-point locking is standard. Finally, each garage has internal cement fillet and foam filler to the eaves.
In addition to the standard single garage, the Royale also consists of a high-quality Georgian styled up and over door (with 4pt locking), True Brick front posts (from a choice of 6 different brick styles), PVC-U fascias and a 4ft PVC-U fixed window, neither of which require any maintenance. A white vertically ribbed steel personnel door and remarkable looking Spanish Red cement fire roof sheets with a matching close-fitting ridge (a choice from 4 different colours) are also included, as well as white PVC-U guttering and downpipe to both sides and foam filler to the eaves.
