The Duke & Duchess are popular, attractive and a high-quality alternative to the traditional Pitched and Pent roof design with an array of special features as standard. (Prices are for the Duchess garage, with an additional 10% increase for the Duke garage)
Our Duke & Duchess garages are two individual ranges but share similar structures and both consist of pent roofs. A pent roof provides a more contemporary feel to the building, with the sharp and attractive sloping roof.
The only difference between the two buildings are the roof tiles. The Duchess has Granular Steel Metrotiles with decorate edges whereas The Duke is the more superior garage, consisting of attractive and authentic looking slate tiles.
Both buildings allow you the option of enhancing a traditional pitched concrete garage that will blend perfectly with your home.
Duchess
With the choice of 6 different colour roof tiles, a rearward sloping roof and a range of door options, the Duchess garage allows you to add personal preferences to create a beautiful garage. Other features such as real brick front posts, with fascia options and stone, brick or textured wall finishes also complete the finished design.
Duke
The Duke offers a choice of 6 different slate colours, as well as a rearward sloping galvanised steel roof and a broad range of doors. With a choice of fascias, real brick front posts and an option of brick, stone and textured wall finishes, you will have no trouble in making this garage your own.
Additionally, both garages feature an UltraSORB Roof, eliminating condensation on your concrete garage. As condensation can cause damage to important and valuable contents in your garage or workshop, our roof solution traps the moisture and holds it until the air can absorb it, ultimately stopping the water from entering your premises.
