Durable Resin Coated Garage Systems
Our unique resin coated concrete garages are manufactured using the same reinforced concrete panels as most other manufacturers although instead on applying pebble last stone to the concrete panels whilst wet in the moulds. We manufacture plain concrete panels and then add 2 extra layers on waterproofing and then a finish of your choice from over 30 decorative gravels, The extra layers consist of a resin primer coat this seals the concrete and forms a key for the resin. After curing the Resin is then mixed with a hardener and applied to the panel the finish decorative gravel is then applied.
Advantages over traditional precast concrete pebble dashed garages:
- Resin finished panels have 2 extra waterproof layers making them more waterproof.
- Resin finished panels have much smaller aggregate stone thank traditional finishes this creates a much better seal around doors and windows.
